Lamentablemente existen mujeres que no les importa perjudicar a una familia, supuestamente por “amor”, llegando hasta estar orgullosas cuando el hombre deja a su familia por ella.

Es increíblemente cruel que una mujer quiera construir su felicidad en base a la tristeza de otra.

Esta pareja llevaba 17 años unida, con una hermosa familia, pero nadie puede predecir el futuro, y algo hizo cambiar todo para siempre.

Betsy Ayala vivía feliz con su esposo y una hija, dos días antes de Navidad, ella descubrió que su esposo la engañaba, leyó mensajes de su amante en su celular, y entre los dos se burlaban de ella, llamándola “vaca” y “gorda”.

Betsy estaba destruida, y con el corazón roto, no solo porque su esposo le era infiel, sino también porque se burlaban muy cruelmente de ella. Betsy pesaba 120 kilos, producto de su embarazo, y al leer ese mensaje, hizo que se sienta devastada.

Por varios días Betsy se adentró en una terrible depresión, no tenía ganas de hacer nada, no le veía sentido a la vida, pero algo le hizo cambiar de actitud, su hija.

El constante entrenamiento al que se sometía Betsy, lograba que su mente deje de pensar en cosas negativas y su ansiedad disminuyó, además, por supuesto, comenzó a bajar de peso.
