Pasaron de ser una pareja de lesbianas a una pareja heterosexual pues una de ellas cambió de género

Hay muchas formas de relacionarnos con las personas, somos en el mundo tan diversos y diferentes en formas de pensar y sentir que es precisamente esto, lo que nos hace único.

Por lo mismo las maneras de amarnos también son particulares. Ante todo es importante respetar las formas de pensar y las decisiones de las demás personas al momento de elegir con quién vivir su vida. En esta historia un hombre transgénero decidió hacer su vida con su novia, anteriormente eran una pareja lesbiana pero decidió que tenía que encontrar su identidad.

Así que un día este chico quien antes era mujer tuvo que confesar a su pareja que se sometería al cambio de género.

Su nombre actual es Christopher Rhodes y  tiene 25 años, pero desde que tenía 19 descubrió que realmente su identidad era otra.

I wasn’t one of those kids who KNEW when they were in elementary school that i was a boy.point 73 | There were signs, absolutely, but i thought i was what i was told i was, i had no trans people in the media showing me by example that i had options.point 192 | I had no words to define my feelings, so i identified as a girl for a long time without realizing why it never really FIT.point 290 |

I was an out and proud lesbian for 5 years, hoping that was the community and identity that would make my puzzle pieces fit.point 101 | I clung to terms like stud and butch, and eventually pretty boy (that one stuck ?).point 169 | It wasn’t until i was in my early 20s that i came across other trans people and trans resources and finally had some information to digest and assess and look into, and it would still take a year or two after that to fully come to terms with what all of that meant.point 384 |

Por este motivo, muchas personas como Chris deciden cambiar a lo que siempre se han sentido. La pareja sigue siendo muy feliz, pues finalmente, el amor tiene múltiples formas de manifestarse.
