Bajó más de 40 kilos mediante una alimentación equilibrada y mucho ejercicio, hoy en día es uno de los modelos más disputados por las marcas para lucir su ropa.
Gwilym logró llegar al estrellato gracias a su cuenta de Instagram, donde subió diferentes fotos de como lucía antes y como luce ahora.
Pugh asegura que pesaba cerca de 127 kilos, usaba gafas y su piel era extremadamente blanca. Actualmente luce irreconocible.

“Quiero seguir difundiendo la idea de que todo es posible si le dedicamos el suficiente tiempo y paciencia. Para mí, mi viaje es continuo y se trata de algo más que la apariencia, sino más bien el desarrollo personal por dentro y por fuera. No me propuse hacer lo que estoy haciendo actualmente, pero a medida que uno aprende y crece, se vuelve más abierto y seguro para reconocer y aceptar oportunidades a medida que se presentan”, agregó.
Pugh explicó que su cambio empezó al iniciarse como guitarrista en una banda con un amigo. Fue entonces cuando decidió dejarse la barba por recomendación de un peluquero.
